We can answer this with our 3 most favorite words. "We don't know." All jobs are different. Parts rot, wear and corrode at different rates. Dis assembly and removal of structures depend on the size, weight and construction. Installation depends on your homes structure; are you in a ranch, walk-up, 2 story dwelling, etc...? Regardless of your situation, we only charge you for the work that we perform. We save you money because we do not have set industry pricing for different projects. Our workers are employees, not sub-contractors or commissioned staff. It might not take 2.5 hours to replace a kitchen sink, so why should you pay a preset price for that installation. We also don't have an industry markup on parts. We only charge you for the time to complete your project and the cost of parts.

Estimates on parts, materials and labor are subject to change. Estimates are valid for 14 calendar days from the original estimate date. Trip Charge is $50 for local calls. Additional trip charge for commercial calls out of our local area (more than a 30 mile radius).
